(2) How much to put furniture in storage?
The cost depends on how much furniture you need to store, as this determines the unit size required:
- Single Room or Studio: A 5' x 10' unit (approx. $126/month) can typically hold a Queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV, and several boxes.
- 1–2 Bedroom Apartment: A 10' x 10' unit (approx. $220/month) provides enough space for larger furniture items like sofas, dining sets, and multiple bedroom sets.

(4) What do you mean by self storage?
Self storage is a service that provides you with a secure, private space to store your personal or business belongings. Unlike full-service moving and storage where someone else manages your items, "self" storage means you rent a specific unit, you keep the key (or access code), and you handle the moving and organization of your goods. It acts as an extension of your home or business, giving you extra space whenever you need it.
(5) What cannot be stored in self-storage?
For the safety of all tenants and the facility, the following items are generally prohibited in self-storage units:
- Perishable Goods: Food items (including pet food) that can spoil or attract pests.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances such as gasoline, paint, propane tanks, fireworks, or chemicals.
- Living Things: You cannot keep pets, plants, or yourself (sleeping or living) in the unit.
- Illegal Items: Stolen goods, illegal drugs, or other illicit materials.
- Weapons & Ammunition: Firearms and explosives are typically restricted.
